1A. Siivousohjeet niille, jotka siivoavat itse:
”Mikäli siivousta ei ole tilattu, asiakas huolehtii loppusiivouksesta. Edellytämme, että siivouksessa huolehditaan esim. seuraavista asioista: roskien vienti, lattioiden imurointi ja pesu, astioiden pesu (ja tiskikoneen tyhjennys), pesuhuoneen ja wc-tilojen pesu, tahrojen ja likajälkien poisto, vuoteiden petaus sekä puutarhakalusteiden ja muiden tavaroiden vieminen paikoilleen. Tarkemmat siivousohjeet löytyvät mökistä.”
1B. Ohjeet loppusiivouksen tilanneille:
”Vaikka loppusiivous olisikin tilattu, edellytämme kohteen olevan normaalin asumisen jäljiltä eli huonekalut ja muut varusteet paikoillaan ja ehjinä, roskat vietynä lähimpään jätepisteeseen sekä tahrat ja likajäljet poistettuina.”
1C. Ohje asiakkaille, joilla lemmikki mukana:
”Lemmikin tuonnista on aina ilmoitettava etukäteen varauksen yhteydessä Taikalooralle. Lemmikit on pidettävä aina kytkettyinä Taikalooran alueella eivätkä lemmikit saa aiheuttaa häiriöitä. Asiakkaan vastuulla on huolehtia lemmikkien mahdollisesti aiheuttamista ylimääräisistä siivoustarpeista kuten karvat, tahrat jne.”
2A. Cleaning instructions for those who clean by themselves:
“If cleaning has not been ordered, the customer will take care of the final cleaning. We require that the following things be taken care of in the cleaning: removal of rubbish, vacuuming and washing of floors, washing of dishes (and emptying the dishwasher), washing of the washroom and toilets, removal of stains and dirt marks, bedding and removal of garden furniture and other goods. More detailed cleaning instructions can be found in the cottage. ”
2B. Instructions for those who order final cleaning:
”Even if the final cleaning is ordered, we require the site to be in the footsteps of normal living, ie furniture and other equipment in place and intact, debris taken to the nearest waste point and stains and dirt removed.”
2C. Instructions for customers with pets:
“Pets must always be notified in advance to Taikaloora at the time of booking. Pets must always be kept connected in the Magic Mountain area and pets must not be disturbed. It is the customer’s responsibility to take care of any additional cleaning needs caused by pets, such as hair, stains, etc. ”
